The word Yoga denotes the practices followed by the Samana, either Male or Female, on the Path to Experiential Knowingness, that is the Path to Self-Rea!isation, which is to be correctly called the Path to realisation of the "Self or as I have named it.the ID-Entity.
All "religions" promote "Selflessness"!Which is Repression of or attempting to destroy Self.
I stand firmly on the side of "Selfishness"(which is not to be confused in any way with Greed).
The Final end of Yoga is ONLY achieved when the Mind/Conditioned Identity have been Completely and Permanently dissolved through using a Synthesis of the Practices outlined in the Six Fundamental Yogas.
The Samana becomes a Yogi or Yogini.only, when the Final end of Yoga is reached.
A practitioner of one of the many so-called Yogas that are sold in the marketplace cannot be,truthfully,called a Yogi or Yogini.
The terms Buisnessman or Buisnesswoman correctly applies to these many deluded Mind-driven Intellectuals ,who sell one aspect or another of the many Yogas proliferating in the "religious" marketplace, a combination of physical contortions and Mind games.
These so-called Yogas that have been brought into being over the past centuries, by unscrupulous Brahmins/Intellectuals posing as Yogis and Yoginis.who seek economic wellbeing at the expense of inexperienced beginners.
Inexperience and lack of "education breed gullibility.
Misleading the gullible but well meaning ignorant who seek "Enlightenment" or some other false but attractive seeming state of Being touted by these unscrupulous and damaging.but often Charismatic Buisness people who have taken the trust and inexperience of neophytes and turned it into a worldwide buisness aimed primarily at the bored wealthy and would-be wealthy.
I have seen books that sell Yoga for Animals-Yoga for Babies etc etc!
Man and Woman's ingenuity at bringing into being different so-called"yogas" for Wealth and Power cannot be underestimated.
The Yoga industry has tens of millions of consumers worldwide.
The real Samana is isolated from these commercial practices and would seek no interaction with their consumers.
Yoga is a Solitary practice that may embrace partnerships between similiar persons who are in essence, by their very Focus on their own practices, to be called Selfish!!(again not to be confused with Greed) The Samana will,overwhelmingly ,be unable to define the Final end of that which they seek.that which fires them into Action.
The Final End of Yoga is to dissolve Mind/Conditioned Identity and thereby beeome.once again.the Id-Entity in full Union with the "Creative Centre of All Beings and Being".
Words have no shame or guilt and so can be used and misused without sanction or punishmentiWords have no ownership and no copyright except in the phoney world of commerce.
Words are but the medium that helps facilitate communication of Knowledge.
So I can only use words (and the energy of Existence) to try to reach those of You who are reading this writings.
It is the practice that turns Knowledge into Experiential Knowingness.
This can only be done by exercise of the following none of which can be there under domination and control of Mind/Conditioned Identity
Freedom of Will
demands
Freedom of Speech
which must be truthful
and which leads to
Freedom of Debate
which must have
Agreement to Disagree
which must be Non-Violent.
These are the simple rules of discourse between Samanas who sincerely would be Yogis and Yoginis in the truest meaning of these words.
Yoga means Union between the practitioner and that which created All around us! "the Creative Centre of All Beings and Being".
Creator of ALL incarnate and Disincarnate-Animate and Inanimate.
